1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. In a large bowl, break apart corned beef into small pieces.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Open buns without separating tops and bottoms and place 1/2 slice of cheese inside one side of each bun.
5. Roll 1/6 of meat mixture with hands until it forms a shape like a hot dog. Place in bun. Continue with all the meat mixture and buns.
6. Close each bun tightly and wrap each in a large piece of alumanim foil, twisting the ends to resemble a party favor.
7. Place wrapped buns on a cookie sheet and place in oven for 20 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and let cool at least 10 minutes before placing on plate.
Option: Try using whole wheat/whole grain buns.
