Garden Tomato Salad

Especially good in the summer when locally grown tomatoes are fresh and low in price.
2 servings
[1] 2 large ripe tomatoes
[2] 1 tablespoon olive oil
[3] 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
[4] 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
[5] 1 teaspoon Basalmic vinegar
[6] 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1. Divide thickly sliced tomatoes between two chilled plates.
2. Crumble Salt Free Italian seasoning over tomatoes. then garlic powder.
3. Allow to stand for a few minutes.
4. Just before serving, sprinkle with basalmic vinegar and pepper.

Note: Serve on a chilled plate but do not refridgerate the tomatoes. Chilling tomatoes can reduce flavor.
