Oriental Stir-Fry Breakfast

A family recipe dating back many decades.
6 servings
[1] 6 cups rice (cooked according to package directions)
[2] 1 pound sauage patties (cooked)
[3] 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
[4] 6 eggs
[5] 6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1. Cook rice and sauage.
2. Dice sauage into quarter inch pieces.
3. In large skillet or wok, heat oil.
4. Add rice and sausage, stirring until well blended.
5. Push mixture towards the outer edge of the skillet or wok, creating a well in the center where pan is visible.
6. Crack eggs into center well, lightly stirring and flipping until scrambled medium.
7. Stir egg and mixture until well blended.
8. Evenly splash with Worcestershire and serve hot.
