1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
2. In bowl, combine and mix flour, green onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper.
3. In second bowl, combine water and oil.
4. Drizzle oil mixture onto flour mixture, stirring constantly; form dough into ball with hands.
5. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12x7 rectangle; prick all over with a fork.
6. Sprinkle dough with nuts, slightly pressing larger pieces into dough; sprinkle cheese over dough.
7. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into 3x1 1/2 rectangles; transferring crackers to large ungreased baking sheet.
8. Bake 20-23 minutes until crackers are brown and cool on wire racks.
Hors D'oeuvres
Break crackers in half to create square shapes, spread light coating of hummus and top with fresh herbs.
