|
1. Combine beef, rice, onion, 1/4 cup of water, salt and pepper.
2. Mix meat mixture well with hands and shape into 12-15 meatballs. Set aside.
3. In a large pot combine soup, 1/2 cup water, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
4. Add meatballs to pan, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour. Stir occasionally.
