1. On low speed, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
2. Add Worcestershire, garlic powder, dry minced onion and smoked salmon.
3. Continue to mix until mixture is pink yet small pieces of salmon are still visible.
Hors D'oeuvres
Pipe salmon dip onto crackers. Garnish with sprig of fresh dill, parsley, cilantro or capers.
