1. In large sauce pan, boil water and turn off heat.
2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
3. Crush leaves by rolling between hands and add to mixture.
4. Add orange and lemon juice to mixture.
5. Chill at least 2 hours. Longer is better, even overnight.
6. Serve over shaved or finely chipped ice.
