Cucumber Salad
Refreshing during summer months or to lighten any meal.
6 servings
[1] 2 medium-sized cucumbers
[2] 1/2 cup plain yogurt
[3] 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
[4] 1 teaspoon dill weed
[5] 1/2 salt
1. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers.
2. Mix with yogurt, vinegar, dill weed and salt.
3. Chill at least 4 hours; best overnight.
