1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer.
2. Gradually beat in the sugar.
3. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla until just combined.
4. Fold in the CoolWhip whipped topping.
5. Fill piecrust with mixture, saving any excess.
6. Chill for at least 4 hours.
7. Starting in center, arrange strawberries in circular pattern.
8. If desired, pipe with extra filling.
Graham cracker crust recipe
1. Combine 1 1/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter.
2. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 8 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.
3. Cool before filling.
