1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Lightly grease inside of a cassarole or deep roasting dish. Place Worchestershire sause in a separate bowl, and soak roast, turning frequently for about 15 minutes.
3. Sprinkle bottom of pan with about 1/4 of brown sugar. Set roast in pan and coat top and side with remaining sugar forming a crust.
4. Pour apple juice in pan but not on top of roast. Cover pan or casserole with lid or dome of aluminim foil.
5. Place in oven and immediately reduce heat to 200° and bake for 5 hours.
6. Uncover roast and check for doneness. Meat should be so tender it falls apart easily. If it doesn't, re-cover and cook an additional 30 minutes or as needed.
