Rice Salad
Great for parties.
6 servings
[1] 2 cups rice (cooked and chilled)
[2] 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
[3] 1 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
[4] 1 package 10-ounce frozen peas (cooked and drained)
[5] 1/4 cup pimiento peppers (diced)
[6] 1 teaspoon dry minced onion
[7] 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
[8] 3 tablespoons French dressing
1. Lightly toss all ingredients until well mixed.
2. Chill for at least 1 hour.
