Porcupine Meat Balls
Another meal kids love to eat.

[1] 1 pound lean hamburger
[2] 1/3 cup uncooked long grained rice
[3] 1/4 cup chopped onion
[4] 1/4 cup water
[5] 1 teaspoon salt
[6] 1 dash ground black pepper
[7] 1 can condensed tomato soup
[8] 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
[9] 1/2 cup water
1. Combine beef, rice, onion, 1/4 cup of water, salt and pepper.
2. Mix meat mixture well with hands and shape into 12-15 meatballs. Set aside.
3. In a large pot combine soup, 1/2 cup water, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
4. Add meatballs to pan, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour. Stir occasionally.
