Pickled Grapes
A great part of an hors D'oeuvres tray or finishing touch for a Martini.
12 servings
[1] 1 cup white basalmic vinegar
[2] 2/3 cup sugar
[3] 2 sprigs of thyme
[4] 1 bay leaf
[5] 1 teaspoon salt
[6] 1/2 teaspoon whole allspice berries
[7] 1/2 teaspoon whole coriander seeds
[8] 1/2 teaspoon whole mustard seeds
[9] 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
[10] 2 cups red seedless grapes
1. Heat everything except grapes in saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar as dissolved.
2. Place grapes in a glass jar and pour vinegar mixture in.
3. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
4. Store in refrigerator where it will last a month.
