Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Wonderful and personal holiday touch.

[1] 4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
[2] 1 1/3 cups water
[3] 2 cups sugar
1. Day before, boil cranberries in water 5 minutes and simmer until soft.
2. Cool to room temperature and press through coarse strainer.
3. Add sugar to strained berries and boil 5 minutes.
4. Refrigerate overnight, serve chilled.
